Jade joined CA Financial Services Group in May 2024 as a Client Services Manager, with a primary focus on enhancing customer engagement, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional service in every client interaction.

Jade’s career commenced at Commonwealth Bank Financial Planning, where she spent 9.5 years in Wealth Management operations, specialising in customer service, NPS reporting, and analytics. Jade subsequently gained international experience in the UK for 2 years in Facilities Management before joining Count Financial, where she played a crucial role in migrating Commonwealth Financial Planning Ongoing Service clients to Count Financial.

Jade is dedicated to comprehensively understanding and enhancing the customer experience while continually seeking ways to improve our service offerings.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jade enjoys outdoor activities, spending quality time with family, and exploring culinary delights as an amateur food enthusiast.
